Had the best experience at this Texas Health Fitness Center. Mrs. April and her team were so professional and nice. They allow for me to get 7 day pass. My family and I were going though situation with emergency surgery with my brother. It's was hardest thing we have encountered but the gym was one of most blessed areas for me to decompress and refuel. The staff was all so awesome and I also got see the the surgeon who was involved in the care of my brother. Please continue to keep the 7 day pass. God bless!!

Newly renovated, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great fitness community, better option than dirty over crowded big gyms. Love this place!

Texas Health Fitness Center Ft. Worth Has been life changing , my amazing trainer Jeremie always pushes me to be my best and 48 pounds down I’m so proud of the person I’m becoming , very blessed to be a member here !

Glenn is the best!!! He makes each class fun and challenging. He is the best trainer and always has a smile on his face.

The staff are friendly and helpful, they will try their best to answer any questions you may have. I love coming to this gym cause they offer free workout classes throughout the week. The locker rooms are also well kept and clean.
